At Timeless Elegance, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand by the authenticity and quality of every watch we sell. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy, subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery or in-store purchase.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging, including box, tags, user manuals, and authenticity certificates, must be intact.

  • The item must be returned with the original invoice/bill.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Watches that show signs of wear or use

  • Items damaged due to mishandling, accidents, or water exposure (unless specified as water-resistant)

  • Customized or engraved watches

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

  • Products bought under clearance, sale, or promotional discounts (unless defective)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item via:

    • Order number or receipt

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos of the watch and packaging (if applicable)

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

4. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your returned item:

  • Our team will inspect the product within 2–3 business days.

  • If the return meets our policy criteria, we will approve the refund or exchange.

  • If the return is rejected, the item will be shipped back to you at your cost.

5. Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be:

  • Processed within 5–7 business days after inspection

  • Credited back to your original method of payment

Note: Refund time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:

  • We will assist you in selecting a different watch of equal or greater value (price difference to be paid if applicable).

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Defective or Wrong Items

In the rare case you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
